Miki Falls is a graphic novel series. It's kind of like a love story. It's about two people who want to be together, but someone is trying to seperate them.
I like it because, even though it's kind of like a love story, it still has a bit of humor. And if you know me well, then you know that I love humor. That's not the only reason I like it though. I also like it because sometimes it zooms in and out on peoples faces to show their expressions and shows how they feel. And that's something you can only do in a graphic novel, or a picture book.
Bowen, I heard all the Miki's are good but I can't agree because I haven't read any, I hope it is really good. It should be really good.

ReplyDeleteBowen, I have heard of these Miki Falls books, and even if I have never read any of these books I had people tell me that they're great! so about this zooming in and out about feelings and all that stuff the athor must be great at drawing. thats a very interesting topic well what I mean is it sounds like one of those love stories, some boy or girl and boy like each ohter and someone is trying to split them up very interesting... well you're post was simple and had a lot of infomation.

ReplyDeleteI think my favorite part of your post is the part about how you can only zoom in and out to show characters feelings in graphic novels.
I don't know if you know about Twilight, but it's practically the same thing as Miki Falls. A girl falls in love with a boy that's not really a person, and the boy doesn't like her back.But then they get really close together, and they run away from the girl's parents so their love can be safe.
