Fantastic Mr. Fox

I am a fan of Roal Daul and this is one my favorite books of his, and like the book Georges Mavelous Medicine by Roal Daul, that I also posted on, is very funny and desciptive. It's about a fox and his hungry family that are pretty-much starving to death and haven't eaten in three days. So they start digging, then soon they find out that this hole time they've been living under a farm! But how will the family get the food that thy need? Fantastic Mr. Fox has a plan.

I would rate this book an 8

  1. Nice post Nikita!

I think that I've read this book before but I can't remember the details. The only thing that bothers me about this book is that it doesn't have the same illustrator as the one who illustrated Matilda or Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. This isn't Roalh Daul's fault and this doesn't affect the book at all! I just like the normal illustrator better.

I would actually, rate this book a 10!

  2. I've read other books by (I think his name is) Roald Daul and this sounds good. My favorites are Charlie and the Chocolate factory and the BFG. This book sounds interesting. Just like all of Roald Daul's books do. I always found his books very interesting and weird, but that's Roald Daul for you. My family on my mom's side are BIG fans. I love Roald Daul's characters because they are always so weird and funny. That reminds me; my grandma on my mom's side is a fifth grade teacher and her class made a 3-foot replica of the BFG. It was so awesome.

Izzy, I think all his books have an overall rating of 9
