Chasing Vermeer

Chasing Vermeer is a great book about a girl and a boy who go on an adventure to save a stolen painting. This book taught me what pentominoes are,and that was a great help to me,because you need to know what they are to figure out the book's mystery. I got this book at the  Mill Valley Public Library's book sale  because a friend/neighbor  recommended it to me. Ever since I started reading this book,I could not take my eyes off the pages, and as quickly as I had started,I finished it. Book also has a hint of fantasy, and a bit of action. But it's mostly mysteries. If anybody likes action, and enjoys the Indiana Jones series, and not to forget mystery,AND just a tinge of math ,this book is the book for you.

This book is a great book for teachers to read aloud to their fifth grade classrooms. This book is a very good book with tons of different genres, and to you fourth graders, this book is a great RRJ response to any teacher you've got this year. Kids nine or older can read this book without getting too confused, but if you are younger, this book will probably way too hard. I recommend this book to any bookworm.
