I'm reading The Battle of the Labyrinth which is the fourth book in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series. It's really good. If you're looking for a book that is action packed, filled with Greek Mythology, mythical monsters and sword fighting this book is for you. If your thinking this book is only for boys then you're wrong. This book could be for anyone that wants to read a good book, and even if you don't usually like reading you will like this book.
So far in the book, Percy, the main character, has gone on a quest into a huge labyrinth that goes halfway around the world. He is trying to find the person who created the inside of labyrinth. If you want to find out anything else you will have to read this book.
Why is this book not just for boys? What is your evidence?
ReplyDeleteSweet job Tommy! I really like the way you described your feelings about the book. Also your summary is great because you don't give away too much. After I read the 39 Clues I should read the Percy Jackson series.
ReplyDeleteThe labyrinth really goes half way around the world and nobody noticed it?
ReplyDeleteI really loved this book too, Tommy. I thought it was great how Rick Riordan made ancient Greek mythology seem modern and real. Because he mixes boy and girl gods and goddesses it makes it a book that everyone can read and enjoy.
ReplyDeleteThis was a very good post. keep up the good work
