The Sea of Monsters is the second book from a series by Rick Riordan. The first book of the series is The Lightning Thief. The Sea of Monsters really hooks me in. I really like the way that it goes from fantasy to non fiction. It is a really action packed book. Sometimes I get really anxious because the book yanks me right in.
It is about Percy trying to save Camp Half Blood and his friend Grover. To do this, he has to go to the Sea of Monsters which is a very dangerous place. It is a very dangerous place because monsters try to attack him. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes Fantasy.
The Sea of Monsters is a really good book, and I would like to finish it soon.
