What ~the~ Dickens

I am reading the book What ~the~ Dickens. This book is about a little fairy named What the Dickens. In this book, What the Dickens meets the tooth fairy and is taken to a fairy land. I know that it sounds cheesy, but Fairy land is a lot more interesting then it sounds. I think that the author did a really good job with all of the different fairies personalities. I loved it when The tooth fairy was getting the tooth, it was really cool how she used floss for a lasso. The detail in this book is so good! I also loved the conversation that was being held between the grandma and the fairy about her dentures. I cant wait to see what happens next. I am loving this book!

  1. What would you rate it and why? It sounds like a great book to read. How long did it take you to finish the book? What were some of the personalities and did there names have to do with there personalities? Because of all the infermation I really want to read it.

  2. This sounds like a great book. Is fairy land happy, or more like the real world? Have you read any of the Artimes sieries? You'd really like it. It is about a boy who is trying to steel gold from the fairies except the faries have guns and they fight goblens, not with magic wands. If you have read this seiries, what do you think about the differences and simlaraties?

  7. Joe,
This book is NOT a girly book, by any means! If I had to apply a gender stereotype to it, I would have called it a boy-book.

The whole idea of a girl-book or a boy-book brings up an interesting issue. Don't you think that you should be able to read anything?

  9. This book looks really out of the ordinary. Is it sort of everything mixed up? Because the way you put just that little bit of info about it gives me the same picture that the Phantom Toll Booth created. Is it like everything is exactly like it sounds or seems to be but in a way you wouldn't expect it?

  10. A lot of people have said to me that this book is really good.
But I'm worried that there's not going to be enough action or dueling.
And even if there isn't much of that I'm sure it's still a great book!
Another question of mine is if it is funny, if so how funny?
