This book is an amazingly adventurous book about 4 characters, Sticky, Kate, Reynie and Constance. These 4 are on a secret misson for Mr. Benedict. This story has a lot of adventure as I said before because they are on a secret mission on an island. This book has a lot of friendship. too. All of the characters don't know each other before this so in the book they get to be friends and earn each others trust. When I read this book I always wonder what's going to happen next because this book is a mystery and so many things happen in mysteries because the characters are always getting into trouble.
What I think about when I read this is what it would be like to be there, to be that character, or I'm glad I'm not them, and things like that. Like there is a part where Sticky gets caught in a plant, and I mean caught Sticky practically gets eaten by it. Thats when I was glad I was not him!
Anyway I am really enjoying this book and if you very much like mysteries I would try this book and see if it's as fantastic for you as it is for me.
I have been currently reading the mysterious benedict society and I think Its a great book so far. I wish could relate my self to any one of the characters but I can't. I guess I have Kate's attitude and of course a little bit of Constance's attitude becaus everybody has some of her attitude sometimes. I am wondering a lot about Mr. Curtain. Maybe we could talk about the book a bit.
ReplyDeleteI am also reading The Mysterious Benedict Society. It is probably one of my favorite books because it is a mixture of some of my all time favorite stories like, Lemony Snickets because there is so much adventure, Harry Potter because there is so much mystery, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory because it is just plain amazing.
ReplyDeleteThe story is about four friends, Reynie, Sticky, Kate and Constance. They all come together because of this secret mission club. As I was reading this, I thought of some friends that remind me of each kid. Kate reminded me of my friend Nina, because she is smart, funny and has a good use of everything. Constance reminded my friend Eliza, they're both short, smart, and------. Sticky reminded me of my friend Miki (even though she is a girl). They're both creative, smart, determined.I couldn't think of one for Reynie though.
I recommend this book to everyone.
