The Lightning Theif
The book Lightning Thief is about a boy named Percy. When Percy is sent to a camp he found out he is a son of the big three (which are gods) and is sent out on a quest to save his dad from danger if he dose not help him fast there will be a war between the big three but Percy is just doing it for his mother since when she dropped him off to the camp, a Minostaur killed his mother, Percy thinks his mom is in the under world with Hades so he has to get the master bullet or else Zeus will blame it on his dad. Will percy be able to the complete quest? Read and find out. I would give this book a rating of 10.

The Lightning Theif is book #1 in the series Percey Jackson and the Olympians. This book is filled with ancient greek gods and titans and monsters. The auther of this book really gets the picture in your head if there's a big scene.
ReplyDeletePercey goes to a half- blood camp and there he meets a girl named Annabeth and a satyr named Grover (a satyr is a human above the waist but a goat below the waist). All of a sudden his dad Posidion (one of the top three gods)claims Percey as his son. Imediatly, Percey is granted a quest with Grover and right before they leave, Annabeth comes along too. I'm not gonna tell you what happens during the quest but if you like seeing a good picture in your mind and you think you might want to read a book about gods, titans, and monsters. Than this is a good book for you. On a scale of one to ten I would rate this book a nine and a half.
