Stranger from the Depths is about these kids who find a little statue and start finding out about a huge civilisation.
I love this book because the hook is so amzing. As soon as you start the book, you can't stop reading it. Sadly the book does not sell any more. You can't buy it in stores. But you can order online like on ebay or amazon. It is a 1967 copy.
If you can get past the middle part, that slows down abit, than you will love it.
I havn't finished yet, but I still L-O-V-E it!
If I had to rate this book, I would give it a... 10++!! I really recomend it.
That sounds like a very interesting book Joseph. Could you tell me some more details about the book in school? It sounds very good.
ReplyDeleteI'm not quite sure why this genre of interests me. However, now that I think about it, I was actually introduced to a book like this by Mrs. Ridder. It was called Gregor the Overlander. It was quite an interesting book so you might see a post on it. There might be more information there.
